Author Biography

Dr Rawinia Higgins (Tuhoe) is an Associate Professor at Te Kawa a Maui, Victoria University of Wellington. She and Dr Poia Rewi are the principal investigators on Te Kura Roa, a three-year study of the value of the Maori language.
